Portage Area Transitional Housing Helping homeless families and individuals through a combination of housing and case management so they can become self-sufficient. |

Family Development Center - HESS Offering emergency financial assistance, as well as supportive services, in a confidential and caring atmosphere. |
Giving women and children immediate protection from domestic violence, including shelter, support, advocacy, and access to community resources. |

Fast Track Providing intensive, in-home support for families involved with Children's Services or Juvenile Court. |
Safer Solutions/Peaceful Solutions Providing a skills-based program for teens, women and men to learn alternatives to violence/angry behaviors |

St. Joseph's Child Care Enhancing the social, intellectual and physical growth of infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children in an affordable daycare setting. |
